Sergey Sotnikov, PhD
Dr. Sergey Sotnikov is an Economist and Senior Service Fellow in the Division of Partnerships and Strategic Alliances( DPSA), National Center for Health Marketing (NCHM), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). He currently serves as a Acting Team Lead for Technical Assistance, Training and Evaluation Team.
He received his PhD in Agricultural Economics from Iowa State University. Dr. Sotnikov was a Prevention Effectiveness Fellow in the Center for Disease Control Prevention Class of 2002. Before coming to CDC, Dr. Sotnikov was a consultant to the World Bank, Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations. Dr. Sotnikov's research interests include economic evaluation of public health interventions, developing quantitative methods of partnership effectiveness assessment and application of social network analysis to measurement of partnership relations.
