Ben Rosen is the Robert March and Mildred Borden Hanes Professor of Management at the Kenan-Flagler Business School. His areas of expertise include, but are not limited to, Career Development, Conflict Resolution, Discrimination, Diversity and Sexual Harassment.
Ben has also been an executive education workshop leader for numerous organizations, including Duke Power, IBM, Kenan Transport, SAS Institute and Sun Microsystems. He has also served as a consultant on Total Quality Management and human resources issues to clients including Sonoco Products and Glaxo-Wellcome.
Ben received both his MA and his PhD from Wayne State University .
